<div class="benefits"> <div><strong>Benefits:</strong></div> <ul> <li>Bonus based on performance</li> <li>Flexible schedule</li> <li>Training & development</li> </ul> </div> <div class="trix-content"> <div><strong>ROLE DESCRIPTION:</strong></div><div>Thank you for considering our Telemarketing position with Jeremy Fuller State Farm Insurance.  We are looking for a <strong>Part-Time Appointment Setter.  </strong>This position can be <strong>FULLY REMOTE</strong> after the initial training period.  The initial training period can vary from 1-2 weeks, depending on your experience.  This currently involves calling our existing customers to set up appointments for our Sales Representatives.  You will also be responsible for some cold calling to non-State Farm customers.<br><br><strong>The shift is 4 hours per day 5 days a week</strong>.  We are flexible on the time of day that you consecutively call, as long as it's a set work schedule each week.   <br> <br>This is an hourly position with bonuses depending on performance.<br><br> Below is a general description of the potential job duties.  <br><br><strong>RESPONSIBILITIES:</strong> </div><ul> <li>Make outbound calls to prospective customers to promote State Farm Insurance products and services for Jeremy Fuller's three locations.</li> <li>Identify and qualify leads for agents by gathering relevant customer information.</li> <li>Stay informed about the various insurance products and services offered by State Farm.</li> <li>Follow up on leads generated from marketing campaigns or referrals to schedule appointments for agents.</li> <li>Provide initial information to potential customers and answer basic questions about insurance options.</li> <li>Maintain and update a database of prospects and customer interactions.</li> <li>Ensure all communications adhere to State Farm guidelines and compliance standards.</li> <li>Prepare regular reports on call activity, lead generation, and appointment scheduling.</li> </ul><div><strong>QUALIFICATIONS: </strong></div><ul> <li>Previous telemarketing or sales experience, preferably in the insurance industry.</li> <li>Communication and persuasion skills; proficiency in using CRM software.</li> <li>Basic understanding of insurance products or a willingness to learn.</li> <li>Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated.</li> <li>Organizational skills to manage and track multiple leads.</li> <li>Professional and courteous telephone manner.</li> <li>Focus on achieving targets and contributing to the agency’s growth.</li> </ul><div></div> </div> <p>This is a remote position.</p>
