As we continue scaling globally, we’re looking for a Technical Support Specialist who’s excited to dive deep into how systems work behind the scenes — configuring environments, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring our technology performs flawlessly in real client environments.

If you’re naturally curious, enjoy understanding how different systems connect, and love solving puzzles using data, logs, and analytical tools… this could be your perfect first big step into the tech world ⚙️

You’ll help configure pilot and production environments, investigate technical issues using tools like OpenReplay, Metabase, and AWS CloudWatch, execute backend scripts, and collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, and external stakeholders to keep everything aligned and moving forward.

In short: you won’t just “solve tickets” — you’ll become a key player in making sure our AI solutions work seamlessly at scale, while building a strong technical foundation for your future career.

About the role

As a Technical Support Specialist, you’ll play a key role in ensuring our AI solutions run smoothly across pilot, implementation, and production environments. This position combines technical configuration, troubleshooting, scripting, and cross-functional collaboration to guarantee stability, performance, and scalability.
