We operate a specialized financial chatbot SaaS serving institutional clients across Europe. Our lean, efficient structure (CTO + sales partner) has achieved strong product-market fit with enterprise clients in the financial sector who value stability, security, and responsive support. Our product helps finance professionals streamline their workflows through AI-powered assistance, and we're now looking for a reliable technical partner to ensure continued excellence in service delivery. ## Tech Stack - Frontend: Lovable (React/TypeScript) - Backend: Python FastAPI hosted on Railway - Database: Supabase (PostgreSQL) - Clients: Financial professionals and institutions across Europe ## The Role We're seeking a technical support engineer who can serve as both our maintenance backbone and a reassuring presence for our institutional clients. This is a long-term partnership role, not a one-off project. ### Core Technical Responsibilities - Monitor system health, performance, and uptime - Handle bug fixes and minor feature updates - Manage deployments and Railway/Supabase infrastructure - Respond to technical incidents (SLA: 24-48h for critical issues) - Maintain documentation, runbooks, and system knowledge base - Implement preventive measures to avoid recurring issues - Conduct regular system audits and optimization - Participate in occasional technical reassurance calls with institutional clients - Provide professional, detailed incident reports when needed - Represent our technical reliability and expertise to stakeholders - Answer client technical questions with clarity and confidence ## What We're Looking For ### Must Have - 3+ years professional experience with Python/FastAPI in production environments - Hands-on experience with Supabase or PostgreSQL - DevOps mindset: monitoring, logging, incident management, system reliability - Fluent English (written and spoken) for client interactions - European timezone (±2 hours from CET preferred for overlap) - Autonomous work style: You take ownership and initiative - Professional communication: Comfortable speaking with institutional clients ### Nice to Have - Experience with React/TypeScript or Lovable platform - French or German language skills - Previous SaaS maintenance or support experience - Experience with monitoring tools (Sentry, DataDog, etc.) ## Working Arrangement - Hours: 5-10 hours/week initially (retainer basis), scalable based on needs - Schedule: Flexible hours, with defined availability windows for urgent issues - Location: Fully remote - Contract Duration: Long-term partnership (4+ months initial commitment) - Communication: Async-first (Slack/Whatsapp/Email) + weekly 20min sync call - Start Date: April 2026 ## Compensation • *Depending on experience and skills match. ## How to Apply Please submit a proposal that includes: 1.
