As SVP Customer Advisory Services, you will act as a senior strategic advisor to EVS customers, supporting executive stakeholders in navigating technology transitions, operational transformation, and long-term infrastructure strategy within the media industry.
You will engage customers at the earliest stages of their decision journey, helping them define priorities, explore future operating models, and shape long-term investment roadmaps.
Operating as a trusted advisor, you will translate industry trends and technological developments into strategic insights that drive business outcomes and strengthen EVS’s position as a long-term partner.
This role reports to the Global SVP Strategy & Business Development and works in close collaboration with Sales, Account Management, Solution Architects, Marketing & Solutions, Customer Experience & Technology, and the CTO organization.
