My Client is looking for a Student Experience Team member to join them. You will need to be confident in occasional lone working, have an excellent telephone and communication manner.<br>Be willing to undertake any task required within the scope of the role and demonstrate an enthusiasm to help out and get the job done.<br> <br> Days : Monday through Sunday (might be required for 3 days or on occasions could be 4/5 days dependant on business need)<br> Hours : 07:00 to 15:00 / 14:00 to 22:00 (rotational shifts)<br> Start Date : ASAP<br> Duration : 3 weeks (may be required longer)<br> <br> Role :<br> Flexibility is required on days - can vary between Monday to Sunday on a rota basis.<br> <br> Shifts would be on rota basis (hours as above)<br> <br> Based at Liberty Park, you will be on the desk/reception, dealing with the following :<br><ul><li>Queries from students</li><li>Emails</li><li>Complaints</li><li>Calls</li><li>Sales</li><li>Viewings</li><li>Debt Chasing</li><li>Welfare checks on residents</li><li>Logging and delivering parcels</li><li>Patrols of the building (safety) and Lock outs</li><li>Dealing with any Fire Alarm activation's.</li></ul><br> If you have the skills / experience and flexibility required for this role, please submit your CV or call (phone number removed) ask for Michelle
