The Quality & Continuous Improvement (CI) Specialist leads the implementation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of Merge Healthcare’s Quality Management System (QMS) to enable successful delivery of the company’s medical imaging solutions. The Quality & CI Specialist is responsible for ensuring the ongoing efficiency and effectiveness of QMS processes, and for ensuring compliance with applicable regulations and industry standards. This role requires strong leadership and collaboration skills with the ability to influence change and drive operational excellence in support of Merge Healthcare’s quality objectives.

This is a remote position and can be based in U.S OR Canada.

Compensation


The salary range provided in this job posting is intended to reflect the general market value for the position. The actual salary offered may vary based on factors such as the candidate’s experience, qualifications, skills, and the specific requirements of the role. This range may also be subject to change as market conditions evolve. We encourage open communication throughout the interview process to discuss compensation expectations. For base-salary + commission sales roles, the range represents On-Target Earnings.

Min – Max :

$102,835.20 - $154,252.80 (USD)
