About the Role

We’re looking for a Social Media Manager to lead and execute the social media strategy for Sky: Children of the Light and thatgamecompany’s global social media channels. This role is ideal for someone who understands how to blend internet culture with thoughtful brand storytelling, creating content that feels native to platforms while staying true to Sky’s values and voice.

You’ll own the day-to-day management and long-term strategy across platforms, with a primary focus on driving growth and experimentation on TikTok. This role partners closely with brand, creative, creator, and regional community teams to ensure social content is aligned, timely, and impactful across global audiences.

The ideal candidate is either a dedicated Sky fan or has strong familiarity with the game and similar titles.

The salary range for this position is $57,500 USD to $118,000 USD annually, with the

opportunity to earn an annual discretionary bonus. This salary range is an estimate, and the actual salary may vary based on the Company’s compensation practices. Employees in this position are eligible to participate in the Company’s standard employee benefit programs, which currently include the following: medical, dental, vision, 401k, and paid time off.
