At Romi Digital (IG - @romidigital.co) we’re passionate about helping business owners thrive on social media. We are a start-up social media agency based in the heart of Manhattan, we're building a fun, close-knit team of A-players—people who want to be part of something from the ground up, deliver amazing results for clients, and grow together.

We’re on the hunt for a Social Media Coordinator to join our journey. This isn’t your average 9-to-5. It’s a hands-on role where you'll work directly with the co-founders and play a key part in shaping the future of Romi.

What We’re Looking For

  1. Do-er mentality: You take initiative, solve problems on the fly, and aren’t afraid to get your hands dirty.
  2. Creative thinker: You know how to craft engaging content and think outside the box.
  3. Strong communication skills: You’ll interact with clients regularly and must maintain a clear, professional tone.
  4. Problem solver: You stay cool under pressure and think quickly to overcome challenges.
  5. Great attitude: You’re positive, adaptable, and ready to bring good energy to the team every day.
  6. 1+ years of experience in social media management, content creation, or digital marketing.
  7. Photography skills or interest is a big plus!
  8. Passion for the start-up environment: You’re excited about being in a fast-paced, ever-changing landscape and wearing multiple hats.
