Plan & Execute Campaigns: Assist in
crafting creative social media campaigns across Instagram, LinkedIn, X/Twitter, YouTube, and emerging platforms.
Content Creation: Help
design graphics, reels, short videos, posts, and copywriting aligned with
Acowale’s brand identity.
Trend Analysis: Monitor
competitors, industry trends, and audience behaviour to bring innovative content ideas to the team.
Community Engagement: Interact with
followers, respond to comments/messages, and spark authentic conversations.
Marketing Support: Assist
in email marketing, newsletter campaigns, content
scheduling, and reporting performance metrics.
Analytics & Optimization: Track post
performance, analyse insights, and suggest ways to improve reach, engagement, and conversions.
Learning & Collaboration: Work closely
with the Marketing Lead, Social Media Manager, and Product Teams to understand campaign strategy and branding.
What You Bring
Passion for marketing, social media, and storytelling.
Familiarity with social media platforms, content trends, and analytics tools.
Basic skills in graphic or video design/editing tools (Canva,
Figma, CapCut, Premiere Pro, etc.).
Creativity, curiosity, and willingness to experiment and learn.
Strong communication, organizational skills, and a team-player mindset.
