Teach by example

Provide daily mentoring and coaching for your team members

Continuously educate and coach your team member with the goal of achieving targets and expectations

Monitor the work of agents and ensures a prompt feedback
Successfully coordinate tasks and responsibilities to different stakeholders (team members, overheads, clients).

What we are looking for:
Previous team leadership experience is required (3+ years)
Necessary experience in the call centre experience
Fluency in Italian and English (min C1 for both) is required
Minimum studies: Compulsory Secondary Education; further education is an advantage
Familiarity with CRM systems and customer-oriented mindset
Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and work independently in a fast-paced environment
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and relationship-building skills
Strong IT skills
