Welcome to Brightline! We are searching for a Senior/Staff Product Designer who will drive user understanding, craft our member and provider product experiences, and contribute to scalable design systems. You will own high-complexity, end-to-end design initiatives that impact our coaches, clinicians, and families, creating elegant, scalable designs that serve our mission and business objectives.

Our strategy is based on robust market research, including external advisory specializing in national compensation, and thoughtful input from every level of our organization. It is a combination of a cash salary, equity, benefits, wellbeing, and opportunity. In compliance with the Equal Pay for Equal Work Act, the annual base salary range for applicants is $143,000-$200,000.
