The work

You will be a force multiplier whose work directly impacts the successful execution of our very ambitions Voice+AI roadmap.

Our Collaboration Model

While you will enjoy a role with processes optimized for hybrid or remote work, we deeply value in-person connection. For our colleagues based in Estonia, we highly prefer if you would work from the office more often than not.

We also bring our engineering teams with remote members together at least twice a year to collaborate, innovate, and build relationships. You should be able to travel for these company gatherings, which may also include the final stages of the interview process.

Our team is distributed across Estonia (Tartu, Tallinn), Portugal and Spain, and our processes are optimized for remote collaboration. While we are remote-first, we have physical offices in both Tallinn and Tartu, so if you are based in Estonia, you’ll have the option to work from there if you prefer. We work in the Eastern European time zone (EET/EEST) and are hiring for this role in Estonia and Poland.
