Role Overview

As a Senior Solutions Engineer, you're the technical expert on the account team. Account Executives (AEs) and Strategic Account Managers (SAMs) own the customer relationship. Customer Experience Strategists (CXS) drive adoption and retention. Professional Services delivers implementations and technical expansions. Value Engineering quantifies business impact. Your job is to bring the technical depth that makes all of those motions work, from first discovery call through renewal.

You’ll be assigned a book of enterprise accounts and serve as their primary technical resource throughout the customer lifecycle. That means leading technical discovery during sales cycles, architecting solutions that map to real business problems, and staying engaged post-sale to support adoption and expansion alongside CXS and PS. The products you’ll work with—Stack Internal—are at the center of how enterprises are connecting.

Up to £163K GBP OTE (75% base / 25% variable) #LI-Remote #LI-KS1
