Project Manager
A Project Manager is required to support a large scale clinical information transformation program within a complex healthcare technology environment. The role is responsible for managing multiple interdependent projects with a strong emphasis on clinical information systems, clinical workflows, and healthcare delivery standardization. This position oversees planning, execution, and delivery across technical, clinical, and operational streams, ensuring alignment with program objectives, timelines, and quality expectations. The Project Manager acts as the central point of coordination across stakeholders, including clinical leaders, healthcare practitioners, and technical teams, guiding project structure, scope definition, resource planning, and governance activities.
The role includes leading project initiation, planning, scheduling, and execution activities with a strong focus on clinical system implementation and integration. Responsibilities include managing risks, issues, and dependencies across clinical and technical workstreams, maintaining comprehensive project documentation, and ensuring accurate tracking of deliverables and clinical outcomes. The Project Manager facilitates collaboration between clinical, operational, and IT stakeholders, produces detailed status reporting, and ensures effective use of tools and methodologies to monitor performance and support decision making. The position also involves coordinating cross functional teams, supporting leadership reporting, and ensuring that all project outcomes are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with clinical transformation objectives.
