As a Senior Program Manager on our Customer Returns Experience team, you'll be responsible for conceptualizing, developing, and launching innovative solutions that enhance the returns process. - Launch Innovative Solutions: You'll own the end-to-end concept, design, and launch of new returns options to address both current and future edge cases. This includes introducing drop-off options at physical locations, partnering with new carriers, implementing return labels, and developing flexible return methodologies.
- Collaborate Across Functions: You'll work closely with cross-functional teams including Fulfillment Operations, Merchandising Categories, Customer Service, and other stakeholders within the RRC organization to ensure alignment and successful execution.
- Drive Continuous Improvement: You'll be responsible for identifying opportunities for enhancement and implementing creative solutions that elevate the customer experience. Your analytical mindset will help you uncover inefficiencies and transform them into improvements.
- Track and Report Metrics: You'll establish key performance indicators, monitor progress, and manage detailed project plans to drive execution and ensure accountability across all initiatives.
- Communicate with Stakeholders: You'll prepare and deliver project updates to Customer Service leadership and other key stakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignment throughout the organization.
- Identify and Mitigate Risks: You'll proactively identify potential risks to RRC deliverables and work with product owners to address and resolve issues before they impact operations.
- Manage Project Interdependencies: You'll coordinate across multiple projects to ensure that information regarding project deliverables, risks, and issues is effectively communicated to all key stakeholders.

Essential Qualifications
- A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Operations Management, or a related quantitative field

- A proven track record of developing and improving customer-facing features in a product management capacity
- Strong leadership and influencing skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Ability to work effectively with senior leadership and articulate product strategy and its business impact
