Position Overview

We are seeking an accomplished and strategic Senior Program Manager to lead our Customer Returns Experience initiatives at arenaflex. This pivotal role reports directly to the Head of Discounts, Substitutions, and Concessions (RRC) and offers a unique opportunity to shape the future of how our customers interact with our returns and exchanges platform. Compensation and Benefits
