Job Summary:

The Senior Director, Strategic Initiatives is accountable for driving market acceleration initiatives that increase enrollment, conversion, and revenue across priority state programs (e.g., CA, PA). This role leads complex, cross‑functional efforts to optimize the end‑to‑end lead‑to‑enrollment lifecycle, establish operating rigor, and deliver measurable growth outcomes. The position operates through influence, governance, and execution discipline rather than direct authority.

Compensation Range: $165,000 - $185,000 annually
