Position Overview
We are looking for an experienced professional to oversee our data entry operations in Suitland, MD. Key Responsibilities
As a Senior Data Entry Supervisor at arenaflex, you will be entrusted with significant responsibilities that directly impact the success of our federal data operations. Your day-to-day activities will include:
- Team Leadership and Supervision: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the data entry team, including task assignment, quality control, and performance monitoring. You will be responsible for managing approximately 10-15 team members, providing guidance, feedback, and support to ensure consistent high-quality output.
- Data Accuracy and Integrity: Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across multiple systems and formats. This includes implementing robust quality assurance protocols, conducting regular audits, and addressing any discrepancies or errors in a timely manner.
- Process Development and Enforcement: Develop and enforce data entry protocols, documentation standards, and workflow procedures. You will create standard operating procedures (SOPs) that align with federal guidelines and ensure all team members adhere to best practices.
- Training and Mentorship: Train and mentor team members on best practices, tools, and compliance requirements. This includes conducting onboarding sessions for new hires, providing ongoing coaching, and identifying professional development opportunities for your team.

Required Qualifications
To succeed in this role, candidates must meet the following minimum requirements:
- Experience: A minimum of 5+ years of experience in data entry or data operations, with at least 2+ years in a supervisory or management role. Experience in fast-paced, high-volume data environments is highly valued.
- Technical Proficiency: Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Access, and data management systems. You should be comfortable working with large datasets, creating complex formulas, generating pivot tables, and utilizing database management tools.

- Citizenship: This position requires US Citizenship due to federal security requirements.
- Clearance: Must be able to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance, which involves a background investigation.
Preferred Skills and Qualifications

Compensation and Benefits
