As a Senior Data Analyst - Customer Experience at arenaflex, you will be responsible for combining business and customer understanding with your analytical expertise to make sound recommendations in your domain. Your role will involve continuous discovery and data exploration, allowing you to deeply understand the data domain for your assigned initiative better than any other resource in the company. You will know what data is available, how to join it, and how to use it to tell compelling stories, make critical decisions, and answer complex questions.

This position reports directly to a Senior Engineer or Senior Manager within the Customer Experience organization. You will collaborate extensively with stakeholders across the company, including business leaders, developers, UX designers, and end-users to determine requirements and deliver data-driven solutions. While you will work independently in many respects, you will also be part of a tightly-knit team that values collaboration, knowledge sharing, and mutual support.
This is a remote position, allowing you to work from the comfort of your home office. The role typically requires overnight travel less than 10% of the time, providing occasional opportunities for in-person collaboration and team building. Most of your time will be spent sitting in a comfortable position with frequent opportunities to move about. On rare occasions, there may be a need to move or lift light articles. You will be located in a comfortable indoor area, and any unpleasant conditions would be infrequent and not objectionable.
