Position Overview

As a Senior Data Analyst on the Customer Experience team at arenaflex, you'll serve as one of the primary analytics experts responsible for advocating for the customer within our organization. Your mission will be to leverage data to understand our customers and their experiences, obsess over creating great customer interactions, identify opportunities for improvement, and justify investment in the areas that matter most. You'll measure the impact of our initiatives and track customer sentiment towards their interactions with arenaflex experiences and our competitors.

This role offers you the opportunity to become the definitive data expert in your assigned CX initiative domain. You'll know the data landscape better than anyone else in the company—what data exists, how to join it together, and how to use it to tell compelling stories, make strategic decisions, and answer complex questions. Travel Requirements

This position typically requires overnight travel less than 10% of the time, primarily for team offsites, training sessions, and important collaboration meetings. Most of your work will be conducted remotely, giving you the flexibility to collaborate with your team across different locations.
