The Role: Senior Customer Service Analyst – AOG Logistics

Are you ready to take your customer service career to new heights? arenaflex is currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Customer Service Analyst to join our world-class Customer Response Center (CRC) team. This is a remote position that offers the unique opportunity to be part of a 24/7, 365-day operation that serves as the critical lifeline for airlines and aerospace customers facing Aircraft on Ground (AOG) situations and urgent technical support requirements.

The CRC is the heartbeat of our customer support operations—a centralized hub where our dedicated professionals work around the clock to resolve complex issues, track component performance trends, and ensure that our customers can keep their fleets moving. As a Senior Customer Service Analyst supporting our AOG Logistics team, you will play a pivotal role in managing critical spare part demands and logistics coordination for customers across the globe.
