We’re looking for Senior Associates who are ready to take charge and drive projects forward with a combination of sharp analytical skills and in-depth healthcare knowledge. In this role, you’ll be collaborating with Associates, asking thoughtful questions, anticipating potential challenges, and knowing exactly what steps are necessary to keep projects moving. Your ability to clearly communicate the details of each deliverable and provide strong rationale for your decisions is key to your success.

Key Responsibilities

Requirements

  •    Bachelor’s degree with a focus in finance or accounting from an accredited college/university required
  •    Master's degree in finance or accounting concentration preferred
  •    Additional certifications (ASA, ABV, CVA, CFA, CPA, etc.) preferred
  •    Minimum three (3) years of experience in a consulting role preferred
  •   Minimum three (3) years of academic or relevant work experience to strongly demonstrate the following skills and knowledge: data analysis, statistical analysis, financial modeling and forecasting
  •    Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills with the ability to exercise mature judgment
  •    Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite with advanced-level Excel proficiency required
