Sales Enablement Manager

The primary goal of the Sales Enablement Manager at W. W. Norton is to assist the College Sales team to sell more effectively and efficiently by providing cohesive, comprehensive, and ongoing training of sales techniques and company systems. The Sales Enablement Manager is part of the College Operations Department, reporting to Lara Hrabota, Director of College Operations. They work across all teams in the College division, and work heavily with the Sales Management team. The Sales Enablement Manager is responsible for directly managing the Sales & Sampling Coordinator.
