About the Role We are looking for a motivated and ambitious Sales Development Representative to join our growing sales team. In this entry-to-mid-level role, you will focus on generating qualified sales opportunities by identifying, engaging, and nurturing potential customers. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate or early-career sales professional looking to build a strong foundation in B2B sales. As an SDR, you will be the first point of contact for prospective clients, working closely with Account Executives to drive revenue growth through high-volume outbound and inbound prospecting. Key Responsibilities • Conduct outbound prospecting via phone, email, LinkedIn, and other channels to generate new leads • Qualify inbound leads and book discovery meetings for Account Executives • Research target accounts and build personalized outreach campaigns • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM system (e.g., Salesforce) • Hit or exceed monthly/quarterly key performance indicators (KPIs) including calls, meetings booked, and pipeline generated • Continuously learn about our products/services and effectively communicate their value to prospects • Collaborate with the sales team to refine messaging and improve conversion rates Requirements – Ideal Candidate • Bachelor’s degree (required) • 0–3 years of professional sales experience since graduating • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a confident phone presence • Self-motivated with a competitive drive to succeed and hit targets • Ability to handle rejection and maintain a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail • Proficiency with CRM tools (Salesforce experience is a plus) and Microsoft Office/Google Workspace • Passion for sales and a desire to grow into a closing Account Executive role What We Offer • Competitive base salary of $50,000 with first-year OTE of $75,000 • Uncapped variable commission structure • Comprehensive benefits package (health, dental, vision, 401k, etc.) • Professional development and sales training opportunities • Clear career path into Account Executive or senior sales roles • Collaborative, high-energy team environment If you’re a driven, degree-educated professional with limited sales experience who is hungry to launch or accelerate your sales career, we want to hear from you!
