They are seeking a Sales Development Representative responsible for qualifying leads at the initial stages in the sales funnel, making outbound calls, and engaging prospective clients.
Responsibilities
- Initiate contact with potential customers primarily by phone or responding to inquiries
- Move leads through the sales funnel and connect them to the appropriate salesperson
- Perform regular follow up calls or emails to potential clients
- Attend frequent trainings to learn proven sales strategies and concepts to increase sales
- Effectively meet or exceed assigned performance metrics and key expectations
Skills
- 1 year of experience in a sales-driven, telesales or customer service environment
- Experience making outbound calls to potential clients or customers
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate with a team but also work independently
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to handle and overcome objections
