Sales Development Representative

RevolutionParts is a pioneering force in the automotive eCommerce realm, seeking passionate individuals to join their team. The Sales Development Representative will be responsible for generating new opportunities through outbound calls, handling inbound inquiries, and collaborating with the sales team to build a pipeline.

Responsibilities

• Represent our company’s products and services, starting with a comprehensive understanding and leading to consumer research to identify how our solutions meet needs
• Generate leads and build relationships by nurturing warm prospects and finding new potential sales outlets
• Build a pipeline of interested prospects through outbound efforts and handoff to Account Executives to close
• Achieve daily activity metrics and demo creation KPIs to create a pipeline of opportunities
• Conduct high-level conversations with mid and senior-level prospects, explaining the value proposition of RevolutionParts

Skills

• 0-2 years of experience in a sales or customer-facing environment
• Demonstrable experience and proficiency in high-pressure, competitive situations
• Fearless with a 'no stone unturned' mentality
• Willingness to try new concepts and open to coaching
• Passion for technology
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, startup team environment; you're a meticulous, innovative, creative thinker, never satisfied with the status quo
• Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal; you have a track record of giving successful presentations
• Experience using Salesforce is a plus
• Proven examples of using AI to improve outcomes in prior roles is expected
