Role Objective
We’re looking for a bilingual (English/Spanish) Sales and Customer Service Representative to join our growing team. This role blends empathetic customer service with performance-driven sales to guide individuals and families toward life-changing legal solutions.

Responsibilities
- Manage a high volume of inbound and outbound calls with empathy and professionalism.
- Conduct thorough client needs assessments to identify how our services can help.
- Convert qualified leads into initial consultations through a consultative, trust-building approach.
- Meet or exceed performance goals, including sales conversions and call handling metrics.
- Maintain accurate and timely notes in our CRM system.
- Work closely with teammates to continuously improve client experience and sales strategy.
- Navigate sensitive conversations with cultural awareness, discretion, and compassion.
- Go the extra mile to engage customers
Required Background
- The ideal candidate for this role must possess previous demonstrated success in sales.
- Fluent bilingual skills in English and Spanish (native or near-native fluency)
- Minimum 3 years of successful sales experience, preferably in service-based industries
- Strong customer service background and phone communication skills
- Ability to work some evenings/weekends, depending on client demand
Preferred Background
- Experience in legal services, healthcare, insurance, or financial services
- Background in high-volume phone-based environments such as call centers or client intake
- Previous roles in education sales, real estate, or coaching programs
- Familiarity with CRMs such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar platforms
Compensation
- $16,000 - $18,000 MXN pesos/month (Net Salary)
- Uncapped Commissions. Up to $12,000 - $22,000 per month.
- 8 hours per day, 2 off days per week.
- 100% Remote Work anywhere in Mexico.
