The successful candidate will be responsible for the safe and timely delivery and retrieval of dumpsters throughout Tulare County, ensuring compliance with all traffic and safety regulations in California.nKey ResponsibilitiesnnnOperate a roll-off dumpster truck to transport dumpsters to and from customer locations within Tulare County.nnnSafely load, unload, and secure dumpsters, adhering to company and regulatory safety standards.nnnConduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure roadworthiness.nnnMaintain accurate records of deliveries, pickups, and any incidents.nnnCommunicate effectively with dispatchers and customers to coordinate schedules and address inquiries.nnnAdhere to all traffic laws and regulations in California, as well as company policies and procedures.nnnQualificationsnnnValid Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) Class B.nnnProven experience operating roll-off or dumpster trucks.nnnFamiliarity with the roadways and routes in Tulare County.nnnStrong commitment to safety and customer service.nnnAbility to perform physical tasks, including lifting and maneuvering heavy equipment.nnnCompensation and BenefitsnnnSalary: $68,000 per yearnnnBenefits:nnnHealth insurancennn401(k) retirement plannnnPaid time offnnnPerformance-based bonusesnnnnnWork SchedulennnStandard working hours are Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM.nnnOccasional weekend work may be required based on customer demand.nnnOvertime opportunities are available in accordance with California labor laws.nnnEqual Opportunity StatementnDDD Dumpster Rental is an equal opportunity employer.
