arenaflex's Customer Service Teams are the face of our company, interacting with customers, sales, and service representatives to handle a variety of pre-sales and post-sales service functions. As a Customer Service Associate IV, you'll be responsible for managing backlog orders, investigating credit and debit requests, answering technical queries, and driving corrective actions to improve customer satisfaction levels. You'll be a key player in developing strong business relationships with our customers, leveraging our Extraordinary Customer Experience strategy.

We offer a competitive base salary commensurate with experience, ranging from $46,800 to $70,200 (subject to change dependent on physical location). Our total compensation package includes:
