Key Responsibilities: As an Experienced Customer Service Associate at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for: Providing customers with courteous, friendly, fast, and efficient service, ensuring a positive experience from start to finish. Registering customer purchases on assigned cash register, collecting cash and distributing change as requested; processing voids, returns, rain checks, refunds, and exchanges as needed. Maintaining a clean and well-merchandised store environment, including counters, shelves, and displays. Implementing Company asset protection procedures to identify and minimize profit loss. Ensuring compliance with state and local laws regarding regulated products (e.g., alcoholic beverages and tobacco products). Assisting with separation of food items and product placement as specified by policies/procedures. Providing customer service in the photo area, including digital passport photo service, poster print, and creative machine. Assuming web pick-up responsibilities, including monitoring orders, filling orders, and delivering orders to customers. Assisting with exterior and interior maintenance by ensuring a clean, neat, and orderly store condition and appearance. Complying with all company policies and procedures, maintaining respectful relationships with coworkers. Completing special assignments and other tasks as assigned. Essential Qualifications: To succeed in this role, you'll need: A high school diploma or equivalent.
