Position Overview

We are currently seeking a motivated and reliable Customer Service Representative to join our team on a full-time, remote basis, working the third shift from 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM. This position plays a critical role in providing exceptional financial service support during our overnight operations, ensuring that our clients receive timely assistance and professional guidance whenever they need it.

The initial week of employment will require attendance for training from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, providing you with the comprehensive knowledge and skills necessary to excel in this role.
