About The Role
We are currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Tele Chat Support Agent to join our growing Administrative department. This is a full-time, hourly position that offers the flexibility of working remotely from your home office. What You'll Do
As a Tele Chat Support Agent at arenaflex, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service through digital channels. Your primary responsibilities include:
- Provide prompt and professional responses to customer inquiries via live chat, ensuring each interaction is courteous, informative, and resolves the customer's needs efficiently.
- Resolve customer issues by listening actively, understanding their concerns, and implementing effective solutions. Escalate complex queries to the appropriate departments when necessary, ensuring seamless hand-offs and follow-up.
- Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions in our CRM system, ensuring data integrity, confidentiality, and compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
- Assist customers with product information, service inquiries, technical support, and general troubleshooting related to our vehicle inventory, purchasing processes, and after-sale services.
- Meet or exceed performance metrics related to response time, first-contact resolution rate, customer satisfaction scores (CSAT), and other key performance indicators established by the team.
- Collaborate with team members and cross-functional departments to share feedback, suggest process improvements, and contribute to enhancing the overall customer experience.
- Adapt quickly to new tools, technologies, software updates, and changes in company protocols, maintaining proficiency in all chat platforms and support systems.
- Stay informed about our vehicle inventory, promotions, financing options, and company policies to provide accurate and up-to-date information to customers.
- Participate in ongoing training sessions, team meetings, and quality assurance reviews to continuously improve your skills and knowledge.

Essential Qualifications
To succeed in this role, candidates must meet the following requirements:
- Strong written communication skills in English with exceptional clarity, grammar, punctuation, and professionalism. You must be able to convey information clearly and concisely in written form.
- Previous experience in customer service, preferably in a chat, email, or messaging support environment. Experience in the automotive industry is a plus but not required.
- Ability to multitask efficiently and manage time effectively in a high-volume work setting, handling multiple chat conversations simultaneously while maintaining quality.
- Proficiency in using chat or support software (such as Zendesk, Freshdesk, Intercom, or similar platforms) and basic office tools like spreadsheets and word processors.
- Detail-oriented mindset with the capability to handle sensitive information responsibly, maintaining customer confidentiality and data security.
- Self-motivation and the ability to work independently in a remote setup, staying productive without direct supervision.
- Availability to work full-time with a flexible schedule as needed, including weekends or evenings to support our customers across different time zones.
- Authorization to work in the United States. Must be able to provide proof of eligibility upon request.
- Home office setup including a reliable computer, stable high-speed internet connection, and a quiet workspace conducive to taking customer calls and chats.
Preferred Qualifications
