The Sales Account Executive will be responsible for managing the full sales cycle, building relationships with clients, and ensuring a high standard of client quality while achieving MRR targets.
Responsibilities
- Submit weekly and monthly check-ins
- Update sales KPI’s weekly/monthly
- Log all communication, actions, and milestones within HubSpot
- Customize presentations and proposals based on discovery & findings
- Stay up to date on industry trends and pulses through various content
- Travel for conferences when needed
Skills
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in a similar role
- Strong understanding of SEO, PPC, and other digital marketing strategies
- Ability to build relationships with business owners and strategic partnerships
- Experience with various prospecting methods including networking, cold calling, gifting, and digital outreach
- Excellent communication skills to set clear expectations and convey complex concepts simply
- Experience using Hubspot or similar CRM to track deals and manage communications
- Strong decision-making skills and solutions-focused mindset
- Excellent time management skills to handle multiple responsibilities and adapt to changing workloads
- Experience in a revenue-generating role within the digital marketing industry
- Familiarity with client onboarding processes
- Ability to customize presentations and proposals based on client needs
- Experience in attending and representing the company at conferences
