[Remote] Programmatic Media Coordinator

The Programmatic Media Coordinator role supports account teams by managing campaign setup, performance reporting, and optimization tasks while building foundational skills for future programmatic marketing roles.

Responsibilities

• Run and format performance reports
• Implement account tasks and campaign optimizations
• Build and upload programmatic campaigns
• Participate in internal meetings and client presentations, taking detailed notes
• Pull and analyze data from DSPs such as The Trade Desk or Amazon
• Monitor daily budget pacing and flag anomalies
• Use automated reporting tools to create efficiencies and alerts
• Organize data for insights and strategic storytelling
• Support creative trafficking by coordinating assets and managing ad specifications
• Follow quality assurance processes to ensure accurate campaign execution
• Assist in developing activation strategies and audience targeting
• Complete delegated scheduled and ad hoc tasks
• Engage in ongoing programmatic training and collaboration with agency partners

Skills

• At least 6 months of programmatic marketing experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets (sorting, filters, vlookup, concatenate, pivot tables, etc.)
• Experience using DSP platforms like TradeDesk, Amazon, or DV360
• Strong analytical and reporting skills
• Effective time-management and prioritization abilities
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Enthusiasm for marketing and eagerness to learn and grow
• Interest in staying current with marketing trends
• Entrepreneurial spirit and ability to work independently and in teams
