Remote Pre-Award Budget and Financial Analyst
Employment Type: 6-month contract to hire, Remote
Key Responsibilities
• Develop, analyze, and negotiate detailed clinical trial budgets for industry-sponsored studies.
• Provide support for budgeting on investigator-initiated studies as needed.
• Review study protocols to identify cost drivers and operational requirements.
• Collaborate with study teams, clinical departments, and external partners to validate budget assumptions.
• Communicate financial information clearly to stakeholders without financial backgrounds.
• Ensure alignment between budget components, study requirements, and contract terms.
• Maintain regular communication with study teams in a fully remote work environment.
Additional Qualifications
• Minimum 3 years relevant experience; 5 years preferred
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to explain financial data clearly to non-financial teams
• Strong time-management skills and ability to excel in a remote setting
• Comfortable interfacing frequently with study team.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $40.00 - $45.67/hr.
