**Job Summary:**
As a part-time customer support representative - chat, you'll play a critical role in providing exceptional customer service, driving lead generation, and contributing to revenue growth. Your responsibilities will include:
* Managing a wide range of customer inquiries via online chat, providing accurate information about products and services
* Narrowing down on appointment information to schedule appointments and capture customer contact information for lead generation
* Summarizing interactions based on customer needs for client review and developing a knowledge base of evolving products and services
**Responsibilities:**
* Provide exceptional customer service via online chat, representing our clients in a positive and professional manner
* Manage multiple customer conversations simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and meeting performance metrics
* Stay up-to-date with product and service knowledge, adapting to changes and updates in a fast-paced environment
* Collaborate with our team to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction
* Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge
**Requirements:**
* Previous experience in retail customer service or the automotive industry (preferred but not necessary)
* Intermediate internet and window-based computer skills, with strong multitasking abilities (gaming experience a plus)
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a positive and professional demeanor
* Ability to adapt to change, work in a quick-paced environment, and meet performance metrics
* Must be able to work 4-hour time blocks daily, attend 5 weeks of training, and commit to a minimum of 16+ hours per week
* Must be able to type at least 35 WPM (40+ preferred)
