Position Overview
We are currently seeking reliable and motivated individuals to fill the role of Remote Overnight Customer Service Representative. This position operates during third shift hours from 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM and involves providing exceptional service to customers seeking consumer loans and financial assistance. After completing a brief in-person training period during the first week, successful candidates will transition to a fully remote work arrangement, enjoying the flexibility and convenience of working from home.
