• Order Entry & Processing: Input customer purchase orders into our Oracle system and other software platforms with precision and timeliness. Ensure all order details are accurately captured to meet customer and company commitments.
• Order Verification: Review, verify, and make corrections as necessary to orders to ensure accurate information and order specifications. Contact customers directly to resolve any unclear issues or discrepancies.
• Customer Satisfaction: Strive to continually improve the level of customer satisfaction through efficient and timely order processing. Your efforts will directly impact our reputation and client retention.
• Order Lifecycle Management: Manage orders in the business system through the entire order cycle, from receipt to fulfillment, ensuring seamless coordination with other departments.
