About Hirevector Hirevector is on a bold mission to transform the health and wellbeing of underserved communities across the United States. By linking people who need care the most with high‑quality primary and specialty services, Hirevector is reshaping how Medicaid recipients receive support. Through a community‑led model, we partner with shelters, food pantries, and a wide network of community‑based organizations (CBOs) to turn everyday spaces into points of care. Our proprietary, data‑driven platform—built on the innovative Arc technology—empowers care teams, community health workers (CHWs), and partner organizations to coordinate services, track outcomes, and share resources efficiently. By collaborating with Medicaid Managed Care Organizations (MCOs), we deliver comprehensive health solutions while directing a portion of healthcare dollars back to the community groups that help sustain social support programs. At Hirevector, we live by a set of core values that guide every interaction, decision, and innovation. Our Core Values • Lead with integrity: We honor our commitments, own our actions, and choose authenticity over perfection. • Embrace challenges: Ego stays at the door; we step into discomfort, learn together, and give feedback with candor and kindness. • Break through walls: We go the extra mile for patients, partners, and each other, constantly pushing for improvement and challenging the status quo. • Act beyond yourself: We build one another up, respect boundaries, and assume positive intent. • Care comes first: Our highest standards are set for patients, and we prioritize self‑care to sustain our mission. Why This Role Matters Primary care operations for high‑need Medicaid populations have historically been fragmented, slow, and riddled with bureaucratic obstacles. Hirevector is breaking that mold by creating a seamless, technology‑powered ecosystem that removes friction and ensures every individual receives timely, coordinated care. As an Operations Support Associate, you will be a central architect of that ecosystem, ensuring that backend processes run smoothly, authorizations are timely, and our care teams have the data they need to act decisively. Key Responsibilities • Own Ops Support Initiatives: Lead and execute critical operational projects that improve efficiency and patient outcomes. • Monitor & Report Metrics: Proactively track key performance indicators (KPIs) for operational support processes and generate clear, actionable reports for leadership. • Support Documentation Analysts: Troubleshoot issues, monitor project progress, and act as a liaison when roadblocks arise. • Authorization Management: Complete, verify, and monitor ECM (Enhanced Care Management) and CHW program authorizations, including annual re‑authorizations, to maintain continuous patient enrollment. • Partner Health Plan Coordination: Work directly with health plan partners to understand denial reasons, flag enrollment issues, and facilitate resolutions. • Transition of Care & Referral Back‑End Support: Ensure closed‑loop follow‑up for referrals, guaranteeing that patients receive the right care at the right time. • Clear Communication: Provide timely updates to the care team regarding enrollment changes, status updates, and any operational alerts. • Process Optimization: Identify bottlenecks, propose enhancements, and drive continuous improvement of standard operating procedures. Essential Qualifications • Minimum 1+ year of backend operations experience in a fast‑paced healthcare environment, delivering administrative and operational support. • Demonstrated ability to own responsibilities and propose data‑driven solutions. • Track record of exceeding performance metrics and delivering results under tight timelines. • Strong technical aptitude—comfortable juggling multiple platforms (Google Workspace, Slack, Looker or comparable data tools) and troubleshooting software/hardware issues. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a focus on clarity and professionalism. • Reliable high‑speed internet connection, a quiet, HIPAA‑compliant workspace, and the ability to work Pacific Standard Time (PST) hours from anywhere in the United States. • Passion for improving healthcare access for underserved populations. Preferred Qualifications & Nice‑to‑Have Skills • Experience with Medicaid MCO processes, enrollment cycles, or community health worker program administration. • Fam
