The Onboarding Specialist will provide 1:1 virtual follow-ups with customers, ensuring they understand how to use their purchased products effectively while managing multiple projects and maintaining accountability throughout the customer journey.
Responsibilities
- Manage the customers’ Getting Started Journey
- Own the 1:1 virtual follow-up sessions to ensure learning content understanding
- Assist customers with value recognition in their purchased platform(s)
- Act as a point of contact throughout the Customer Getting Started Journey
- Manage customer hand-offs between internal Bloomerang teams
Skills
- 1+ years of experience supporting SaaS CRM onboarding and training in a virtual and/or on-site environment with a strong focus on customer onboarding best practices
- Ability to serve as the primary contact between internal and external stakeholders helping ensure deliverables are met
- Organization skills and the ability to prioritize tasks to meet deadlines and goals
- A strong technical proficiency and the ability to quickly learn and understand new software products and concepts
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency with using Excel for reviewing and troubleshooting customer data import files
- Ability to stay current with emerging AI capabilities and apply them directly through hands-on building and experimentation
- Foundational understanding of data migration processes
- 1+ years of project management experience with SaaS customer onboarding
- Experience with Bloomerang products
- Experience with supporting nonprofit organizations
- Experience with supporting nonprofit CRM solutions
