As a Live Chat Resolution Expert at arenaflex, you will serve as the first point of contact for customers seeking assistance through our live chat platform. Your primary responsibility is to engage with customers in real-time, understand their inquiries, and provide timely, effective resolutions that exceed their expectations. Key Responsibilities

- Identify trends in customer inquiries and provide constructive feedback to management for continuous improvement of processes, products, and service delivery
- Stay current on company policies, procedures, promotions, and industry developments to provide accurate, up-to-date information to customers
- Participate actively in team meetings, training sessions, and quality assurance programs to enhance your skills, knowledge, and performance
