[Remote] Insurance Financial Advisor

Shalom Insurance Advisors is a nationally operating insurance organization based in Oklahoma, seeking motivated individuals to join their team as Insurance Advisors. This role involves working directly with prospective clients, handling scheduled appointments, and guiding individuals through financial and insurance solutions.

Responsibilities

• Attend scheduled client appointments and conduct consultations
• Follow up with prospective clients and maintain communication
• Utilize provided lead lists and outreach systems to connect with clients
• Analyze client needs and present appropriate solutions
• Manage and submit applications
• Work alongside senior advisors for case support and strategy when needed
• Maintain accurate records within the provided CRM

Skills

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated and disciplined work ethic
• Ability to manage time and follow structured processes
• Open to coaching and professional development
• Insurance license (or willingness to obtain one)
• Prior experience in sales or financial services is helpful but not required
