Position Overview

You will be handling both outbound and inbound calls related to shareholder communications, providing accurate information, and helping shareholders navigate complex corporate voting processes. Key Responsibilities
As a valued member of our shareholder communications team, you will be responsible for the following core duties:
- Inbound Call Management: Professionally handle incoming calls from shareholders who have questions about corporate communications, voting instructions, and related inquiries. Ensure each caller receives accurate, timely, and courteous assistance.
- Outbound Call Operations: Make proactive outbound calls to shareholders as needed to communicate important updates, clarify information, or follow up on previous interactions. Maintain a professional and helpful demeanor in all communications.
- Email Response Handling: Respond to shareholder email inquiries with the same level of attention and accuracy as your phone interactions. Ensure all written communications reflect arenaflex's commitment to excellence.
- Information Correction and Clarification: Speak with shareholders who have received inaccurate information regarding their voting materials or corporate communications. Carefully explain the correct information and help them understand how to proceed appropriately.
- Voting Guidance: Direct shareholders to the proper channels and resources for casting their votes on corporate matters. Provide clear, step-by-step guidance on voting procedures and ensure shareholders understand their options.
- Message Delivery: Effectively communicate messages from our client companies to shareholders, ensuring that accurate information supersedes any conflicting communications they may have received. Act as a trusted source of truth in shareholder communications.
- Data Entry and Documentation: Maintain accurate records of all interactions, including call details, shareholder inquiries, and resolutions. Ensure all data is entered correctly into our systems for tracking and quality assurance purposes.
- Quality Assurance Compliance: Adhere to all quality standards and compliance requirements established by our clients and arenaflex. Participate in ongoing training and development to maintain and enhance your performance.
Work Schedule
This position operates during evening hours to accommodate the needs of our clients and their shareholders. The scheduled shift includes:
- Monday through Thursday: 6:00 PM - 11:00 PM Eastern Time
- Saturday: 12:00 PM - 6:00 PM Eastern Time

Qualifications and Requirements

- Data Entry Skills: Proficiency in data entry is essential, as you will be logging call details, updating shareholder information, and maintaining accurate records in our systems. Accuracy and attention to detail are crucial for this aspect of the role.
- Clear Communication Skills: A good speaking voice with clear enunciation is vital. You must be able to articulate information clearly and professionally to shareholders of varying levels of financial knowledge.
- Language Proficiency: Strong English language skills are required, including the ability to read, write, and speak English correctly. You must have excellent grammar and the ability to correct errors in your own communication.
- Technical Requirements: You must have a reliable high-speed internet connection with a minimum download speed of 50 Mbps and an upload speed of 10 Mbps. This ensures you can efficiently handle calls, access necessary systems, and maintain seamless communication with shareholders.
