Job Summary
We are seeking a talented and motivated E-commerce Product Data Entry Specialist to join arenaflex in a fully remote capacity. In this role, you will be responsible for creating, managing, and optimizing product listings on leading e-commerce platforms, primarily Amazon and Shopify, as well as other online marketplaces as needed.
Your primary focus will be ensuring that every product listing meets our exacting standards for accuracy, completeness, and SEO optimization. You will work closely with our inventory, marketing, and product teams to ensure that product information is current, compelling, and aligned with our brand voice. Key Responsibilities
As an E-commerce Product Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, your responsibilities will include:
- Product Listing Creation: Accurately input and maintain product details across Amazon, Shopify, and other e-commerce platforms, including product titles, detailed descriptions, specifications, pricing, inventory levels, and high-quality images. Ensure all listings adhere to platform guidelines and arenaflex brand standards.
- Data Accuracy and Quality Control: Meticulously review all product information to ensure accuracy, consistency, and completeness. Perform regular audits of existing listings to identify and correct any errors or outdated information.
- Product Updates and Revisions: Regularly update and revise product listings to reflect changes in pricing, inventory, product features, or promotional campaigns. Ensure all changes are implemented promptly and accurately.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with the inventory team to ensure product availability is accurately reflected in listings. Coordinate with the marketing team to align product promotions, seasonal campaigns, and advertising efforts with listing updates.
- Product Research: Research and gather relevant product information from manufacturers, suppliers, and internal databases to create comprehensive and accurate product listings. Stay informed about product specifications, certifications, and compliance requirements.
- Performance Monitoring: Monitor product performance metrics, including visibility, conversion rates, and customer reviews. Analyze data to identify opportunities for listing optimization and improvement.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Preferred Experience
While not strictly required, the following experience would be highly advantageous:
- Previous experience in e-commerce product data entry or a similar position in an online retail environment.

Working Hours and Schedule
This is a full-time, remote position that offers flexibility in scheduling. We understand that our team members have different productive hours and life commitments, so we offer flexible working hours based on your availability.
However, we do require a commitment to meeting deadlines and maintaining open communication with your team. You should be available during core business hours (typically 9 AM - 5 PM in your local time zone) for team collaboration and meetings.
Occasional weekend work may be required during peak periods, such as holiday seasons, product launches, or major sales events. These peak periods are communicated in advance, and we always strive to provide fair notice and compensatory time off when possible.
