The role involves assembling written requests for information, organizing client files, and communicating with clients to obtain necessary documents and signatures.
Responsibilities
- Assembling written requests for information using forms and templates
- Forming Word documents for clients to respond to questionnaire packets
- Speaking with Clients to obtain documents and signatures
- Assembling and organizing client’s files
- Request and obtain medical Discovery and bills from lien providers and non-lien providers
- Providing status updates to clients
- Drafting request letters
Skills
- Proficient in English
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel
- Ability to keep and follow an efficient calendar
