Position Overview
We're currently seeking a talented and motivated Remote Digital Data Analyst to join our growing Business Intelligence team. As a Digital Data Analyst at arenaflex, you will play a critical role in supporting our Digital Business Development initiatives by aggregating, analyzing, and interpreting data from various digital channels to drive informed decision-making and accelerate revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities
- Data Collection and Analysis: Gather, analyze, and interpret data from diverse digital channels including websites, social media platforms, email marketing campaigns, and digital advertising platforms to generate meaningful insights that improve customer engagement and conversion rates
- Data Management: Responsible for managing all aspects of our data ecosystem including marketing data, customer data, website analytics, product metrics, and logistics information while maintaining the highest standards of data accuracy and integrity
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Support and collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and opportunities to develop and execute data-driven strategies that enhance customer experience and drive revenue growth
- Trend Analysis: Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and insights that optimize business performance and inform strategic business decisions across all departments
- Dashboard Development: Design, build, and maintain interactive dashboards and comprehensive reports that enable teams to visualize data insights, monitor performance metrics, and derive actionable intelligence
- Documentation: Create and maintain thorough documentation outlining data collection methodologies, analysis processes, and reporting procedures to ensure consistency and transparency across the organization
- Ad-hoc Analysis: Perform spontaneous investigations and analyses as requested by stakeholders and leadership, responding quickly to emerging business questions and opportunities
- Insight Communication: Effectively communicate insights and strategic recommendations to stakeholders at all levels of the organization, including executive leadership, marketing teams, and external partners
- Campaign Evaluation: Continuously monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of digital marketing campaigns, providing data-backed recommendations for optimization and improvement
Required Qualifications and Skills
- Educational Background: Bachelor's or Graduate degree in a related field such as Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or Business Analytics from an accredited institution
- Experience Level: 2-4 years of professional experience in a similar role or related field, preferably within e-commerce, digital marketing, or media/entertainment industries
- Analytical Expertise: Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze large datasets, identify meaningful patterns and trends, and translate findings into clear, actionable business insights
- Technical Proficiency: Demonstrated proficiency in SQL and Microsoft Excel, with experience working with relational databases and data warehouse environments
- Visualization Skills: Hands-on experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, Microstrategy, or other comparable platforms for creating compelling data presentations
- Communication Abilities: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, including the ability to articulate complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders in clear, understandable terms
- Self-Management: Strong ability to work independently, effectively prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines
- Adaptability: Capacity to thrive in a fast-paced environment and effectively prioritize competing demands while maintaining attention to detail and quality
- Team Player: Collaborative mindset with demonstrated ability to work effectively in matrixed, global organizational structures
- Stakeholder Engagement: Ability to work across a wide range of partners to support digital initiatives, providing valuable data and insights on audiences, measurement frameworks, and performance metrics
Preferred Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Data Science, Business Analytics, or related field
