Position Overview: Remote Data Entry Technician – Data Preparation I
We are currently looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Remote Data Entry Technician to perform a variety of administrative and data preparation tasks. - Document Processing: Scan, image, and index various reports and documents using standard office equipment and software. Ensure all documents are properly categorized and stored in accordance with departmental procedures.
- Correspondence Preparation: Prepare correspondence, packages, and mailings for both internal and external distribution. This includes folding, stuffing, labeling, and sealing envelopes as needed.
