Job Overview
We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Data Entry Specialist to join our remote team. In this role, you will serve as a crucial link in our document production process, ensuring that legal documents are accurately entered, reviewed, and filed in our systems. Your contributions will directly support our process servers and ensure that our clients receive timely and accurate service.
This is a full-time, remote position open to residents of Indiana, Iowa, Wisconsin, North Dakota, Kentucky, Alabama, Florida, Oklahoma, Michigan, North Carolina, and South Carolina. Key Responsibilities
As a Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you will play a vital role in maintaining the accuracy and efficiency of our document processing operations. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Document Review and Filing: Carefully review legal documents submitted by clients and enter information accurately into our internal systems. Ensure that all data is properly categorized, indexed, and filed according to established protocols.
- Email Communication: Utilize email platforms to receive, process, and distribute legal documents to the appropriate teams. Maintain professional and clear communication with colleagues and clients as needed.
- Quality Control: Perform quality control checks on entered data to identify and correct any errors or discrepancies. Ensure that all documents meet our rigorous accuracy standards before they are processed further.
- Discrepancy Investigation: Investigate and resolve any discrepancies or inconsistencies in document data. When issues cannot be resolved at your level, escalate them to the appropriate supervisory personnel in a timely manner.

Essential Qualifications
