What You'll Be Doing

- Data Entry & Management: You'll handle the input and extraction of data from various Excel spreadsheets and database systems. This includes accurately entering product information, maintaining data integrity, and organizing large datasets in a manner that supports efficient business operations.
- Product Creation & Curation: You'll create and manage products displayed on our e-commerce websites, ensuring each listing contains accurate information, high-quality images, and compelling descriptions that drive customer engagement and sales.
- Product Research & Compliance: You'll conduct thorough research on product details to ensure all items displayed on our website meet accuracy standards and comply with brand requirements and industry regulations.
- Customer Service Excellence: You'll handle customer inquiries through email correspondence and phone calls, providing prompt, professional, and friendly responses that resolve issues and leave lasting positive impressions.
- Error Resolution: You'll identify and resolve errors on digital marketplaces, working proactively to maintain listing accuracy and address any customer concerns related to product information or order issues.

Compensation & Benefits
