Position Overview
We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and self-motivated Remote Data Entry Clerk to join our Vendor Support Team. This pivotal role ensures the accuracy and integrity of vendor data across arenaflex's sophisticated supply chain systems. As a Vendor Support Data Entry Clerk at arenaflex, you will serve as a critical link between our vendor network and internal operations teams. Key Responsibilities

- Vendor Onboarding Support: Assist in the onboarding process for new vendors by collecting, validating, and processing required documentation, ensuring compliance with arenaflex standards and procedures.
- Database Management: Maintain digital records and ensure database cleanliness through regular audits, updates, and cleanup activities to prevent data degradation over time.
- Reporting and Analysis: Generate and analyze basic data reports to support Vendor Support and Procurement teams, providing insights that help improve operational efficiency and vendor satisfaction.
- Security and Confidentiality: Adhere to strict data security protocols and confidentiality guidelines, protecting sensitive vendor information and maintaining compliance with data protection regulations.
- Performance Targets: Meet daily, weekly, and monthly productivity targets while maintaining a high level of accuracy. Balance quantity with quality to ensure all tasks are completed effectively and on time.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, candidates should possess the following qualifications:
